  1. Powerful, Lynne – I have chills running up and down my spine. More to say but I’m speechless for now. Congratulations on winning the prize too! The real prize will be getting this difficult poem out into the wider world. I hope that can happen.

    1. Thanks so much, Dan!- yes, 2019. It was a very satisfying win and publication because the poem meant a lot to me and took many years to arrive at a version I was happy with.

      1. Belated congratulations, Lynne. I have a lot of respect for the skill, the craft of writing that shows. I feel I don’t do well rewriting my work. I seem to go round and round and I’m not sure it’s any better.
